Our Founder, Speaker and Executive Coach is Catherine Igathe, Over here at Ortus, we refer to her as Coach Cathy.
Her transformational message is deeply rooted in her two decades experience in C-suite leadership, having gradually risen up the ranks by merit and help of coaching and mentoring. Her passion for developing people began early in her career and was licensed as a Dale Carnegie Inc. as a Leadership Trainers at the age of 25. Through her leadership journey in the private sector, she developed learning academies that trained and professionalized hundreds of insurance entrepreneurs.
Coach Cathy believes everyone plays a leadership role. Her dream is to be a catalyst; to help existing and aspiring leaders create meaningful footprints and impact in their current responsibilities, at personal and professional level. Personal development and growth happen over a period of time, but it is most impactful when one is intentional. We at Ortus help individuals and Corporates identify, sharpen and utilize relevant Leadership tools to increase productivity and fulfilment.
